Delivery:

When will I get my order?

Processing can take up to 3–7, after which your happy mail will be on the way. The shipping time will depend on your location. We ship via major carriers throughout the United States. We are unable to ship to other international addresses, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

My order should be here by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Step 1: Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Step 2: Ask your local post office if they have your package
Step 3: Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the box with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@simplynoteworthy.com with your order number.

Shipping Charges:

We calculate the appropriate shipping charges based on several factors, including time of year and delivery location. The amounts below can be used as a general guide for delivery charges. Shipping rates are determined based on the total number of addresses items are being sent to. Once we have all of the delivery information, we'll calculate the actual charges and display them on the final page of the checkout process, so you can thoroughly review them before submitting your order.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your happy mail ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@simplynoteworthy.com.


I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@simplynoteworthy.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns:

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, if you receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@simplynoteworthy.com with photos of faulty/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Absolutely. If you’re unsure which size, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store in the product description section.  Please let us know at hello@simplynoteworthy.com within a week after receiving your order.
