How to use:

Melt a nickel-sized amount of wax (2-3 beads). Using a wax spoon, melt over a candle or burner being careful not to overheat. Use the spoon to then pour your melted wax onto the surface you're working on. Firmly press your stamp into the wax for 5-10 seconds. Once the wax has cooled, lift the stamp head and admire your lovely creation.

Tip:  Perfectly imperfect is the best result.

1 ) Can envelopes with wax seals be mailed through the Post Office?

Yes! Modern Sealing Waxes are mailable and flexible. Tip: Use an outer envelope to protect the seal as a precaution.

2) Will the wax adhere to all types of paper?

No, a heavy wax coating, such as vellum, can cause the wax to peel off. However, it will adhere to the most commonly used paper.

3) Are there any safety concerns?

Wax can burn if overheated. Please use caution and common sense.

• Please keep your wax beads away from children and pets.
• Never leave a candle burning unattended.
• Wax Burner plate becomes very hot, do not touch.
• Wax Spoons become very hot, do not touch the heated end while in use.

4) How many beads does it take to make a seal?

Our sealing wax beads come in 100 count jars. We recommend using three pieces of beads to make a perfect seal; one bottle is generally enough to make 33 seals.

5) Do you ship internationally?

We are currently only shipping within the US.

6) Do you offer custom-made stamps?

We plan to offer custom stamps very shortly.
